Introduction

The Seven Lakes High School Sapphires Dance Team was established in 2005 with eleven young ladies and has grown to over 50 girls presently on the team.  The dance team members perform at pep rallies, football games, basketball games, dance competitions, and other special engagements.  Sapphires are expected to be role models, exhibit good academic skills and maintain high moral standards.

Sapphires Dress Rehearsal & Parent Work Day

We are getting close to contest!  Our dress rehearsal is this Saturday from 5:00 to 6:30, and we would like for you to attend.  Following the dress rehearsal, we are doing a contest kick-off party for the girls.   Saturday will also be a parent work day for contest preparations.  If you have volunteered for a committee, we will contact you with details and times for this weekend.  We need dads to help at 1:00 with our contest judges’ stand.  Mr. O’Krinsky is going to bring the stand for our judges as well as help us assemble it in the stands.   If your daughter needs merits, she can bring Gatorade for the Champions contest.  These are the small bottles of Gatorade.  If your daughter is unsure what to bring, she can check in the dance office.
