GAME DAY CHECKLIST/PROCEDURES
November 8,  2008

Timeline:

  • 4:30PM:  Practice with the band
  • 5:30PM:  Load the bus for Rhodes Stadium

  Arrive dressed in outside attire/tennis shoes with hair complete (low dance ponytail with puff)

Poms Velour Pants, Vest, Gauntlets, Navy Leotard
Poncho Tan Jazz Shoes
Earrings Tights
Water Bottles Hair Bow
Hand Towel (navy or orange) Fan
Makeup Sunglasses
Small Tote Bag Sapphire Sweatshirt or Letter Jacket
Orange, Navy or Dark Colored Throw (Blanket)
NO NAIL POLISH! (except for white tips)

Bleacher Cover Procedures
    

1.    1.  Skip the first two rows in the Sapphire section.
 2.  The bleacher covers should begin on the third row. There should be a total of 14
      rows covered.

 3.  Rows 5-12 – The Sapphire symbols should be in line with each other (Columns).
 4.  Row 3 and 4 covers should be in the center of the section.
 5.  Clasp the cover to the bleacher with the black clips once the covers are straight
      and lined up correctly.
 6.  The trash cans should be placed at the top of the stairs along the wall.
